Meet Chris Schildmeyer

Meet Chris Schildmeyer, regional director for Pepper Ohio in Cincinnati. Chris came to Pepper in 2015 as a healthcare and education expert having completed multiple complex projects within each sector. As regional director, Chris leads Pepper Ohio’s Cincinnati office including driving performance against our key business metrics. Since joining our team, Chris has expanded our capacity and presence in the tri-state area. He has overseen the management efforts of the Northern Kentucky University Recreation Center renovation and expansion, CDK Global office renovation, Fuyao Glass Showroom renovation and several retail projects.

Chris attended the University of Cincinnati where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He began his career at Messer Construction, working for six years as a project manager, and prior to joining Pepper, Chris worked at Higley Construction for 12 years as regional manager.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband and dedicated father of three. He enjoys helping out at St. Clement Parish and Grade School, where Chris sits on both the athletic board and the church’s capital improvements board. Chris also enjoys staying involved in the activities of his home town of St. Bernard. He is currently serving as chairman of the civil service commission, and his wife Diana is in her third term on the village’s council. Chris is a volunteer for Pepper Construction’s annual Little Miami River Clean-up and Canned Food Drive benefitting Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church.

We are proud to have Chris as a part of the Pepper Ohio team and wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate his leadership and accomplishments.
